About the Position:

We seek an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Representative for our plant-based products. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our brand at various events, engaging with customers, and ensuring our plant-based products are prominently displayed and well-merchandised in retail environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plant-based lifestyle, excellent communication skills, and a flair for merchandising.

We are looking for Field Marketing Representatives in the following key markets ( New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, and Austin).

Contract part-time role that pays $25/hour with flexible work schedule

Responsibilities:

Brand Representation:

• Be the face of our brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Communicate our brand message and values to potential customers with enthusiasm and authenticity- “tell our story”.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty.

Merchandising:

• Develop and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail spaces, ensuring optimal product visibility.
• Implement merchandising strategies to highlight the unique features and benefits of our plant-based products.
• Foster relationships with retailers to secure prime shelf space and negotiate favorable product placement.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the features, benefits, and production processes of our plant-based products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to educate customers about the advantages of choosing plant-based options and Konscious Foods.

Customer Engagement:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to answer questions and provide product information.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to communicate to the marketing and product development teams.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute events and promotions to create brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Collaborate with event organizers, retailers, and internal teams to ensure successful event participation.

Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as product sales, customer engagement, and event success.
• Analyze local trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for and knowledge of plant-based living and sustainable practices.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle (you will be reimbursed for mileage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required for events.
• Access to a smartphone is required.
