Title: ERP Business Analyst - IT Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Present process improvements and development options to the business team, aligning them with industry best practices.
• Lead code development efforts for new ERP functionality and enhancements, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and validate program functionality through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Follow established IT standards and development methodologies throughout the project life cycle.
• Document program development and corrections for future reference.
• Provide end-user training on system features and functionality.
• Offer day-to-day support to business users across the organization.
• Manage and execute projects related to business application software implementation.
• Collaborate with IT vendors, evaluate software solutions, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with JDEdwards or other ERP systems.
• Proven success in ERP implementation and comprehensive knowledge of functional modules.
• Familiarity with the software development process, including design, requirements gathering, analysis, deployment, testing, training, change management, and production support.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Solid grasp of business practices and project execution methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
• Ability to prioritize project tasks with a business perspective.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate actions across all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Oracle's JD Edwards.
• Experience with IBM iSeries Platform and DB2.
• Strong SQL and Relational Database expertise.
• Working knowledge of Insight Software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree is a plus.
