Responsibilities

• Review tax inputs in financial models and prepare various tax models.
• Prepare summary tax memos for complex tax issues/closed transactions.
• Collaborate and gather information needed for tax assignments.
• Support documentation and negotiation of renewable project transactions and M&A activity.
• Identify and communicate the implications of tax law changes.
• Assist with tax research, tax planning, and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of cash tax forecast.
• Implement process and technology improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Tax or Accounting.
• Masters in taxation a plus, CPA preferred.
• 5 years of tax experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department.
• 5 years of Partnership experience.
• Mergers and Acquisitions tax experience preferred.
• Experience with tax-based research tools, tax technology adoption and process improvement.
• Exposure with complex transactions and tax planning.
• Working knowledge with OneSource Tax Provision and SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.
