The P.E/Health teacher would likely instruct classes of students either in K - 4th grade OR 5th - 8th grade. We are committed to providing a quality physical education and health program that will complement our rigorous academic program. This position will work closely with the electives department. Teachers are responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, implementing curriculum, assessing students, collaborating with their team, building relationships with families, and other duties as assigned. Full teacher responsibilities are ultimately outlined by their school leader.Teachers at KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools (K-8) work from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and may have occasional meetings or special school events outside of these hours.
