Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic will be able to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following .

• Provides preventative maintenance on machines to control downtime
• Maintains fluid checks on machines according to a scheduled maintenance plan
• Maintains all machine coolants daily and performs coolant changes as needed
• Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties in the building as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Proficient at working on multiple projects
• Ability to follow manufacturer's instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic safety knowledge

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior related work experience helpful.
Working Conditions:
Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.
Physical Requirements:

• Must have ability to read applicable customer/Tell Tool documents with or without corrective lenses.
• May have lift up to fifty (50) pounds or more at a time.
• Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.
