Title: Program Manager with active Top-Secret clearance

Qualifications:

CISSP or PMP Certification Mandatory..

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Security , CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent certification required.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting security impact assessments for system/functional Change Requests (CRs) within the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record in conducting compliance and vulnerability assessments of infrastructure, including early detection compliance testing and the preparation of executive summaries with remediation recommendations.
• Experience in preparing annual security continuous monitoring test plans and conducting testing of pre-selected security controls, with the ability to coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Experience with security assessment tools such as Nessus, Splunk, DB-Protect, and Web Inspect.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to information security, including NIST, ISO, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
