Job Description:

Kiefer Mazda is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Greeter. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service center. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, assist them with their service needs, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the service center.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate service advisor or department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about the status of their vehicle.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
