We are searching for licensed Occupational Therapists to join our comprehensive rehabilitative services. We are a leading pediatric therapy clinic in South Austin working with clients of various diagnoses such as sensory integration disorder, autism, cerebral palsy, rhett syndrome, down syndrome and many more. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities
•Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans
•Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' independence in daily activities, mobility, and functional skills
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
•Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
•Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
•Stay abreast of current research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes
Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
•Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
•CPR certification and other relevant credentials as required
•Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
•Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
