The Family Care Manager is responsible for providing safety management services and case management to ensure appropriate interventions and services are provided to enhance caregiver protective capacities while ensuring the child’s safety, permanency, and well-being in relation to the family’s identified needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and to reach with hands and arms. The employee must also frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The employee is regularly required to bend/stoop and kneel. Repetitive motion is also required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Kids Central, Inc. provides a comprehensive compensation package. Family Care Manager base pay ranges from $47,000 to $54,000 depending on experience and employees are eligible to earn an additional performance incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off allotment.
Kids Central, Inc. provides 10 weeks of company paid training for this position.
