Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Test Engineer in New York, NY.
Summary:
Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions? We're seeking a skilled Salesforce & Billing Test and Configuration Engineer to join our customers Advertising Sales Quote to Cash (Q2C) Technology team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in administering, configuring, and testing Salesforce & Billing related applications. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our Salesforce platform, supporting multiple business units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Salesforce Test Engineer will create and execute test plans, including integration, system, and regression testing
* Investigate and resolve operational or systematic issues, ensuring user satisfaction
Configuration and Customization:
* Collaborate closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility
* Deliver new features & capabilities via configuration changes in our Salesforce and Billing applications
* As a Salesforce Test Engineer, you will leverage declarative tools (Process Builders, Workflows, and Flows) to configure Salesforce & Billing solutions
* Optimize existing applications and identify opportunities for redesign or development within the platform
Communication and Collaboration:
* Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group settings
* Work within an Agile Scrum or Kanban process, collaborating with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Salesforce/Billing Expertise:
* Minimum seven to eight years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce & Billing applications Platform
* Proficiency with Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce
* Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns
* Experience with multiple Salesforce & Billing project deployments, including release and environment management
Agile Environment:
* Comfortable working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
Desired Skills:
Configuration and Tools & Skills:
* Familiarity with Jira as a tool for Scrum-based projects
* Exposure to the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
* SQL
* JavaScript
Industry Experience:
* Billing, specifically Quote to Cash knowledge is required
* Background in Advertising Sales is a plus
Integration Experience:
* Exposure to MuleSoft Anypoint Integration is advantageous
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
