Operations Specialist (mid-level position), ~$50,000 salary
KitchenBathCollection.com is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the open Operations Specialist position at our Torrance location. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Applicant must have a great attitude and be willing to work at a fast pace, take direction, and be part of a team. Looking for a talented asset who can grow with our company!
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The Job:
The Operations Specialist is a detail-oriented individual who is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our internal operating procedures and ensuring accuracy in our internal system, OPAL. The Operations Specialist will report to the Operations Lead and work closely with the CEO and CRO.

Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of inbound ocean freight shipments. Count items at receipt, report discrepancies, adjust inventory or damages discovered at QC, etc.
- Inventory control. Find and resolve inventory errors in system, removing or updating serial numbers as needed.
- Merchandising. Upkeep accuracy of product listings across all sites, including uploading the latest imagery.
- Coordinate with Marketing and 3D team members to optimize listings. Monitor price fluctuations on partner sites and listing rankings.
- Account management. Monitor account health on e-tailer partner sites. Address any concerns (cancellation rate, return rate, etc.) with appropriate team and implement changes to improve metrics. Invoice auditing, resolving billing issues, and coordinating with Finance to maintain all accounts in good standing.
- Provide high-level support to Operations Teams. Includes Shipping, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations a plus
