**Job Summary**

The To Go / Take O ut Restaurant Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting all aspects, service and delivery of take out and catering orders. They act as the Guests /Clients point-person and liaison to deliver in a courteous and timely manner , and m ust demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience. He/she must deliver with safety-based, service-oriented execution pertaining to a wide variety of items, to different addresses and through different routes. For catering delivery, t he To Go / Takeout Restaurant Delivery Driver will also perform side work and cleaning duties.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Represents the P.F. Changs brand in the community and during catering deliveries.

* Provides excellent hospitality and strong two-way communications, resulting in satisfactory customers service outcomes .

* Demonstrates restaurant menu knowledge and the ability to recognize different menu items for delivery and to be able to answer questions regarding menu items, and types of services offered.

* Ability to place the orders through the point of sale (POS) system.

* Review and package items in appropriate packaging while adhering to all food safe standards for catering orders.

* For catering orders, ability to load, unload, and performs set-up/tear-down of catering orders while adhering to all safety standards.

* Operates personal vehicle (including bicycle), follows route, and adheres to time schedule (also applies to walking).

**Job Requirements**

* Previous experience is not required we will train you!

* Excellent customer service skills and etiquette .

* Must be at least 18 years old .

* Must pass company criteria for delivery to include motor vehicle inspections and driving record standards .

* Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance.

* Must be able to read a map or navigate various routes .

* Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

* Must possess a current Food Handlers Card, where applicable.

* Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.

* Understanding of English language.

* Reading, writing, and math skills required.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
