We are seeking a professional, energetic, organized, self-motivated part-time accounting assistant to add to the team. In this role you will have the responsibility to support the needs of the accounting team and our recurring clients throughout the year.

This is an onsite role in Rock Hill, SC

Essential Functions:

• Reconciling client bank statements and/or credit card statements
• Determining, as necessary, adjusting journal entries for client review and approval
• Creating monthly or quarterly financial statements for client review and for use in preparing client business tax returns

Job Requirements:

• Five years working accounting knowledge
• Four-year degree in accounting (a plus)
• Experience working with QuickBooks for accounting – both desktop and online
• Experience in Excel, Word, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of financial statements
