Apothecare Pharmacy, located in Brockton, MA, is one of the region's largest independently owned long term care pharmacy providers. With over a decade of serving the needs of group homes, assisted living facilities, and hospices, we have grown to care for 5,000 patients throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, our non-sterile compounding program is just one of three PCAB accredited programs in the state. Licensed in Massachusetts and now in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut; our growth remains a constant. We are looking to grow our business further into new areas. We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with a passion for knowledge, problem-solving, and a focus on customer service to join our team.

Apothecare is looking for Qualified Applicants for the following position:

A full-time position is available for a Certified Pharmacy Technician in our closed-door pharmacy. Experience in data entry, filling, customer & provider communication is required. This position is responsible for assisting our patients from start to finish on their prescriptions, providing outstanding service and accuracy. 

We are looking for someone to fill our day shift, typically a Monday-Friday role with occasional holidays.

• Min 1 year as a practicing technician
• Data Entry & Filling experience

• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Experience with QS-1 software is a bonus

Physical Requirements

• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit, as well as talk and hear.
• The employee is required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.
• The employee may occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
