Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and possess strong leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a temporary job assignment, the project start date will be around the end of June, the duration will be roughly 14 weeks long. This is a temporary position and you will be a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Oversee construction scheduling
- Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project managers, and operation managers
- Utilize Pro Core project management tool

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Experience in construction estimating, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
