The majority of the ASG workforce maintains TS/SCI clearances and holds technical degrees with significant experience serving and developing not only highly specialized systems for DoD, national, and civilian customers, but architecting, delivering, and sustaining end-to-end mission solutions worldwide. * The National Solutions division develops, fields, operates, and sustains RF collection systems and specializes in geolocation, advanced SIGINT processing, analysis, and reporting systems for national customers. * The Tactical Solutions division focuses on developing, delivering, and sustaining SIGINT systems for worldwide fielded forces, including traditional data collection, analysis, and reporting to cognitive early warning/electronic attack and fixed and mobile counter-UAS (c-UAS) systems.
* The Space Operations and Resiliency division provides operations, sustainment, and modernization support to a worldwide network of ground-to-space antennas; develops leading-edge enterprise ground solutions; and provides onsite operational support to launch, on-orbit, and space battle management for DoD, national, and civilian customers.
What You'll get to Do: Be part of a fast-paced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) mission that makes a difference to the warfighter on a daily basis. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver new capabilities while learning the mission and growing into a key engineering role. You will get to be part of a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field tactical SIGINT collection systems to the DoD. Duties and Responsibilities: * Support various projects across US Navy and Air Force team.
* Work with highly motivated technical teammates that will support and push you and will expect reciprocal action on your part. * Responsible for the technical accuracy on software projects for specific customer programs, tracking delivery schedules, CDRL delivery, and performing factory acceptance testing of new hardware and software.
* Pushing the software baseline forward by continuing process improvement and using agile software development process.
* Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools in support of DoD customer. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and 5 years of related experience is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
* Current TS clearance and able to obtain SCI
* Must have experience with all stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC): Concept of Operations (CONOPS), requirements development, design, verification and validation testing, quality assurance, system integration, and operations support; including the development of requirements directly with stakeholders, as well as the development and execution of test plans/procedures.
* Experience designing, analyzing, testing, and verifying information and operational support systems for DoD customer from inception to support and operations and the ability to present technical information to numerous stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal skills to generate CDRLs for customer delivery.
* Experience with managing and documenting system configurations.
* Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, multimeter etc.)
* Must know the basic commands and navigation of the Linux operating system. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: * Ability to configure a variety of hardware components.
* Experience in coordination and installation of systems to customer locations.
* Experience with C-UAS and/or RF software and hardware systems.
* Experience with DSP software and hardware.
* Understanding of SDR (Software Defined Radio) systems.
* Experience with computer networking infrastructure products such as servers, switches, firewalls, and routers.
* Experience developing UML/SysML models with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as a Cameo Systems Modeler Experience
* Experience with agile development programs and supporting applications (e.g., JIRA, Mingle).
* Experience with return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, defining help desk decision trees, and submitting purchase orders.
* Experience with NIST RMF-800-53.
* Experience with test automation
* Experience with machine learning
