What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be :
- Shipping field replaceable units (FRUs) to the US Field Service Engineers.
- Processing returns for all items returned from the field.
- Managing the tool shipment and processing upon return.
- Recording receiving transactions in the service ERP and Salesforce.
- Decontaminating all required items returning from the field.
- Shipping and receiving field service items to vendors.
- Preparing shipping documents that are required for domestic and international shipments.
- Entering shipping transactions in the database for field service.
- Moving, tracking, and handling materials and products as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
