Job Description
Job Details:
- First shift, Monday - Friday
- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay rate: $22-28/hr

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, turning, etc
- Interpret technical drawings and work orders
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Program mills and lathes by entering instructions and reference points
- Set tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches
- Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and samples
- Routinely complete preventive maintenance
- Complete production and quality logs/reports accurately
- Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication, conceptual, technical, and collaboration skills
- Required to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
- Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attendance and punctual
