Compensation:
As a Real Estate Business Development Coach, your income potential can reach $100,000 to $150,000 annually as you nurture and develop your coaching program, all driven by your performance-based earnings.

This role is not just about mentoring or assisting with contracts; it's about coaching and consulting. As the Business Development representative of the office, your responsibilities include:
Holding agents in the program accountable in an empathetic manner
Continuously improving your coaching and leadership skills to effectively influence others
Becoming adept at asking questions that motivate agents to take action rather than simply telling them what to do
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for coaching and helping others succeed
Experience in selling real estate with a strong understanding of real estate contracts
Ideally, at least 3 years of experience and an average annual sales volume of $5 million or more
Willingness to learn and teach our systems and models
Fearless attitude toward prospecting and recruiting agents
