As a full-time commercial Real Estate Associate, you will join a firm of highly experienced professionals who pride themselves in providing the very best service in the industry. You will receive the necessary training to assist business and property owners through the sale and purchase of their properties, leasing, and overall strategic guidance. During this process you will form new relationships, gain lifelong clients, working closely with them to offer services and consultation as it applies to their Real Estate needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees to whom performance of the function can be distributed).
- Update and maintain listings in company database, KM Connect
- Update and maintain team database, REA
- Assist brokers with research requests through CoStar, LoopNet, Land Vision as well as other online resources
- Create, edit, and maintain brokers Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, mailings, and other administrative assignments
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Perform other duties or projects as requested

EDUCATION/EDUCATION
- High School Degree or equivalent required combination of education and experience
4 Years degree preferred

- Ability to understand the commercial real estate industry

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-year relevant experience, commercial real estate experience preferred, but not necessary
Work Environment:This is a standard office environment with standard office noise like talking, office equipment, etc.
Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is rarely active but may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must frequently sit and use a computer for long periods of time.
