We are seeking new and experienced real estate agents to join our brokerage. Agents will perform strategic prospecting methods to find new leads and they will facilitate the transaction process with real estate sellers and buyers.

Applicants without a real estate license can apply. However, you will need a license to become an agent.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation through in-person meetings, phone calls, online interfaces, and open houses
  • Working with buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions
  • Fostering and building client relationships
  • Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third party entities

Qualifications

  • Active real estate agent or have the will to earn a license (we can help)

Compensation

Real estate agents are independent contractors. This means your income potential has no limit. Generally, full-time real estate agents at Keller Williams Realty make $40,000 $60,000 in their first 1-2 years. Experienced real estate agents can make $80,000 $100,000 .
