We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team, working alongside the Vice President of Roadways' & Highways. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project success and meet client expectations.
• Lead and manage a team of support staff and inspectors, providing guidance and direction throughout all project phases.
• Assume primary control over project delivery, overseeing all CEI/FDOT services assigned and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate final estimates throughout the construction project's duration, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of FDOT CEI Experience.
• 5 years of engineering experience in the construction of major road or bridge structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or a Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida.
• Supervised 2 support staff and or projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Advanced MOT certification from FDOT.
• CTQP Final Estimates Level II certification.
• CTQP Quality Control Manager certification.
