Job Summary:
Keffer Mazda is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for all automotive service needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive base salary and commission structure. The position is located in Huntersville, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their automotive service needs.
- Consult with customers and provide recommendations on services or repairs needed based on vehicle inspection.
- Generate service estimates and communicate them clearly to the customer.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Accurately document customer information, service details, and vehicle data in the dealership's computer systems.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and any changes to the repair estimate or timeline.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient completion of repairs.
- Ensure all service records and documentation are properly maintained.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
