Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience in fine dining
- Follow selected recipes for meals to be prepared
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served at proper temperatures
- Ensure needed and appropriate supplies are available prior to the start of any cooking cycle
- Attends and participates in continuing educational programs designed to keep abreast of changes in culinary profession
- Maintain Sanitation and Safety Standards.
