As a hospitality aide, you will observe care essential in today's world of health care, with knowledge and skills always in demand.

You will:

• Become acclimated to community care.
• Gain an understanding of certified nurse aide duties.
• Provide non-direct resident care (i.e., gather clothes/linens, make bends, etc.)
• Observe resident safety while dining
• Ensure individualized care plans are followed, provide care planning staff specific information, changes, and observations of the residents' needs and preferences.
• Protect the personal belongings of each resident and report missing items.

You Currently:

• Interact effectively and tactfully with others
• Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
• Able to obtain BLS-CPR certification
• Plan to complete CNA certification
