Requirements – Must have

• 2yrs minimum house framing
• 2yrs minimum home construction
• 2yrs minimum home concrete slabs and foundation experience
• Experience managing 3 or more people, crews, or teams. Conflict resolving skills, great communication skills.
• Knowledge of Florida building codes
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, meeting deadlines, ordering materials, conducting progress meetings.
• Experience scheduling manpower, orders, subcontractors, and meetings.
• Able to perform frame walks and final walks, noting problems and taking corrective action as needed.
• Safety orientated and implemented comprehensive safety program which meets all OSHA requirements.
• Experience doing walk throughs with property managers, subcontractors, management team, vendors, and others.
• OSHA-10
• Basic Computer skills

Added Plus

• College degree in related field
• Experience in block masonry and concrete work.
• General Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Drywall
• Previous work experience with similar companies to Ryan Homes, Lennar Homes, and others.
• OSHA-30 or higher
• Experience as Assistant/Superintendent

Compensation $50K-$75K
