SUMMARY:
As a Client Experience Specialist at Allworth Financial, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client interactions across all digital and physical touchpoints. Your role involves managing and improving client data within CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, refining our digital client experience, integrating and training on new client experience enhancements, and coordinating with new partner firms to ensure a seamless client experience.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role based out of Sacramento, CA, Dallas, TX, Cincinnati, OH, Lawrence, KS or can be a remote role; If near one of the four office locations, this position can be a hybrid role working 2-3 days in person and the other time from home.
The base salary range for this role is $58,000-$65,000 per year. In addition, we also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Data Management:
      • Perform regular audits and cleanups of client data in CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
      • Ensure accuracy and consistency of client information such as preferred names, addresses, and other pertinent details.
      • Develop and implement data management protocols to maintain data integrity.
    • Digital Client Experience:
      • Collaborate with the IT and marketing departments to enhance the digital experience on our website and client portals.
      • Manage and optimize client communication channels such as email and texting services.
      • Manage client surveys and create action plans where needed from client feedback.
    • Training and Integration:
      • Train staff on new client experience tools and protocols.
      • Ensure smooth integration of CX enhancements into daily operations.
      • Organize online workshops to facilitate ongoing education and feedback on CX initiatives.
    • New Partner Firm Integrations :
      • Coordination with new partner firms to align their client experience strategies with our standards
      • Create partner communications for partners and onboarding clients to enhance transitioning client satisfaction
      • Serve as a liaison between new partners and the Client Experience team to ensure consistent client experience across all channels
REQUIREMENTS
    • 2 years of wealth management/RIA industry experience in a client support, operations, administrations, or communications role
    • College degree from a 2 year or 4 year institution
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to pivot and thrive in an environment that changes quickly.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication that pertains to training.
