Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer for its U. S. Region, based out of its St. Louis Region Offices. This position will report to the ASC Leadership and, as the most senior administrative position, will have oversight responsibilities of the Congregation’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions; will supervise heads of finance, human resources, facilities (properties/fleet/grounds/environmental services management), technology, and center administration (where direct healthcare, food services, and support services are provided to our Sisters); and will manage contractual services and professional advisors.

Requires minimum 10 years of related proven, successful and demonstrated experience, with an advanced degree in business administration or related field.

Finalist must have an awareness of vowed religious life, understanding of the mission and values of the ASCs, and must present as a strong leader who can manage projects, and conduct assessments while exercising critical thinking, discretion, team building, and problem solving.

Annual Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on related qualifications and experience.
