Service Concierge - Automotive

The purpose of the Service Concierge is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Managing the loaner fleet
• Drives PUD pickup and delivery
• Coordinates the drives and is In charge of the drivers
• Assist the Service Advisors
• Washes cars if needed
• Maintains loaners inventory
• Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
• Preparing and cleaning vehicles as necessary for delivery to customer
• Shuttling customers and delivering vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
• Moving vehicles throughout the dealership
• Provide an unmatched level of client service
• Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
• Support technicians by helping bring vehicles to bay and park after service
• All other support duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Drivers License (must be insurable and ability to drive a standard transmission).
