Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties:

- Oversee store activities and staff in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of employees
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and pricing products
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail or store management
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate tasks effectively
- Proficient in recruiting, training, and team management
- Familiarity with cash register operations and financial transactions
- Ability to price products competitively to drive sales
- Prioritize customer service to enhance the shopping experience
