We are quality provider of aftermarket performance part installations and products to improve, repair, or upgrade performance cars. We are actively hiring a full time Automotive Mechanic/Technician with 5 years' experience. Must be a team player, push the limits of ingenuity, and most importantly take pride in what you're doing.
Responsibilities:
• Install performance engines, drivelines, suspension systems, power adders
• Install, wire, and diagnose electronic fuel injection systems
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
• Electronic fuel injection experience
• Previous experience as an automotive technician, or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Fabrication/engine building experience are a plus
• MIG/TIG Welding a plus
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Clean and organizational skills are critical!
• Goal Oriented - must be driven to excel
• Motivated Team Player - Self Starter / Able to manage your time and work efficiently without extensive supervision.
We will expect your efforts to be about 40-45 hours a week, including very minimal weekend and evening requirements. This is a year round position with paid vacation and paid holidays (after 90 days). Must be very dependable, have a valid driver’s license, and MUST have own tools sufficient to perform job. For individuals who are interested in a long term position, we offer a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. Pay will be based on experience, raises based upon merit, not time with company. We have strong family values and appreciate the importance of personal time with a Monday-Friday work week with paid holidays and vacations.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, reliable, and possess Late Model Ford experience, but not mandatory. We seek individuals who work hard, are excellent team players, and who share our enthusiasm for motor sports. Our automotive technicians must thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment, display exceptional troubleshooting skills, and have the ability to think outside the box. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to diagnose, service, and repair modern, high performance vehicles and will bring with them a deep understanding of aftermarket high performance systems. They will have the skills necessary to install and build these systems with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to repairing vehicles, a substantial amount of time will be spent installing performance parts and upgrades, including exhaust, suspension, engine modifications, superchargers, etc. Light to intermediate fabrication a serious plus!
