Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation for technical products and processes.

Key Duties

  • Write and edit technical documents, including user manuals, product specifications, and process documentation.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.

  • Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.

  • Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance documentationReview and update existing documentation as needed.

  • Adhere to company style guides and branding requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role

  • Strong writing and editing skillsExcellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools

  • Knowledge of technical writing best practices

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with software documentation

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, or other markup languages

  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts
