Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation for technical products and processes.
Key Duties
Write and edit technical documents, including user manuals, product specifications, and process documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance documentationReview and update existing documentation as needed.
Adhere to company style guides and branding requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role
Strong writing and editing skillsExcellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
Knowledge of technical writing best practices
Additional Qualifications
Experience with software documentation
Knowledge of HTML, XML, or other markup languages
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
