MD Home Health has been providing home health in Maricopa County for 39 years!!! We are still locally owned by Mary and David and we are nurse managed.

A minimum one year as an OT is required, home health experience is preferred but not required. Pay is dependent on experience.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
l . Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied
Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and/or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, or

1. Is eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
2. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply.
3. Two (2) years' experience, preferred.
