Reporting To : Director of Clinical Operations
Location : Monterey Bay, CA
Classification : Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule:  Tuesday 10am - 6pm, Wednesday - Friday 6:50am - 2:00pm, some later hours required for internal meetings
Incentive : $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 triumphant days of employment!

• ​​​​​​​ Holistic Care and Impactful Management:  Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
• ​​​​​​​ Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation:  Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.

🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• ​​​​​​​DEA Registration Certificate.​​​​​​​
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​OIG Clearance and NPI number
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
