They are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team in their production facility in Danville, VA.

Your new role

As a trusted advisor to the Manufacturing leadership team in Danville VA, you will work closely with the People & Culture Director to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and compliance with local laws & regulations. Incorporating Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Attraction, among other responsibilities, while also managing international initiatives at the local level.

What you will need to succeed

• 8 years of HR expertise, indicative of a well-rounded People & Culture generalist skill set.
• Must have worked within a manufacturing, facilities, or plant environment and ideally from a global organization
• Practical experience (ideally with global teams), encompassing a range of HR functions such as Employee Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Health & Safety
• A thorough understanding of HR platforms, including but not limited to SAP and SuccessFactors, and MS Office tools.
• The capability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively, with a history of effective cross-departmental cooperation.
• Demonstrated skills in articulating ideas and exerting influence throughout the organization.
