Summary/Purpose
This is a dual role position. Primary focus' will be support of C&R Assembly finish goods movement/storage and to provide functions of the high bay operator by pulling and storing inventory in the high bay storage and retrieval system while maintaining accurate inventory through the proper use of Oracle ERP System.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Work Safely and utilize Stop Call Wait when necessary.
- Move Process Stock, WIP and Finished Goods from the high bay storage and retrieval system.
- Key all necessary transactions in Oracle.
- Open discrete jobs in Oracle for production departments.
- Monitor open jobs in Oracle for issuing and returning products from production departments.
- Assist and train high bay helpers.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Safe and accurate operation of scales for inventory counting purposes.
- Maintain part identification on all work that flows through the area.
- Moving parts to and from appropriate locations per control plan/traveler
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Weigh count production and enter data in Oracle.
- Support departmental goals concerning housekeeping, safety, quality, productivity, delivery.
- Maintains knowledge of current quality and safety systems and other regulatory compliance
- Participate in QC Circles
- Basic computer skills will be required to move product in Oracle ERP, use Excel, Outlook, etc..
- Issue/return items from Discrete jobs.
- Complete plant pitches on time to ensure all customers are served in a timely fashion.
- Follow FIFO order to pull product.
- Move Finish Goods from Cage and Roll assembly
o Demag as necessary
o Ensure reporting is complete
o Deliver to and store appropriately

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Forklift Certification
•Oracle Experience
•Basic Computer Skills (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
•Scale Operation
•Cycle Count and Inventory Knowledge
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Strong understanding of part flow and plant layout.
•Teamwork
Education and Experience:
•High School Diploma Required
•At least 2 years of Forklift/tugger experience
•Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Systems
