General Overview: JSSA’s Mental Health Services department has an immediate opening for a full time Clinician to to join our growing team in our Fairfax office . We are a dedicated team of therapists committed to providing cutting-edge services and programs and support for children, adults, seniors and families. Our therapy services include a tailored assessment, and customized treatment and support. Clinical Responsibilities:Performing intake and evaluation process (formulating psycho-social diagnosis and treatment plans) Implementing the treatment plan and provide ongoing services for caseload Providing crisis intervention Analyzing and evaluating the course and results of the treatment process Perform program-related case management Position Qualifications: Master's Degree Spanish speaking highly desiredA current license as a clinical social worker, therapist or counselor preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) 1-3 years of demonstrated clinical therapy experience preferredExperience in treatment of ADHD, ASD, depression, anxietyProficient computer/database skills (Microsoft Office), minimum of 1 year of experience working with an electronic health record or similar technology related to service delivery.Will consider recent graduates We offer: Competitive salary and benefits package: annual professional development stipend 403(b) retirement savings plan Free Clinical supervision Free in-service continuing education training throughout the year and clinical supervision by master clinicians Work-life balance and collaborative team environment Many opportunities for personal growth and professional development #MHSW
