Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our consumer banking operations while driving excellence in project management execution.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) organization as a Physical Security Project Management Execution Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of physical security projects across our retail banking facilities, safeguarding our assets, employees, and customers. Job responsibilities: Lead a skilled team in the planning, execution, and completion of physical security projects within the consumer banking sector, adhering to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and defined processes/procedures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including security personnel, real estate and facilities management, and technology to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Ensure security measures identified through developed comprehensive risk assessments of physical security vulnerabilities are incorporated into overall design of retail banking facilities. Support continued efforts to develop mitigation strategies to enhance security measures. Oversee project-related engagements with external vendors supporting the design and implementation of security assets associated with the safeguarding of the retail branches. Ensure vendors achieve accurate and timely completion of security assets and assess positive/negative trending of vendor performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to physical security measures. Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reporting, and post completion evaluations to track project and team performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide training/awareness programs to educate team and key stakeholders on physical security best practices and modifications to the overall project delivery methodology.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in physical security or related fields within the consumer banking industry. Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as required to appropriately manage escalations in project implementations at various retail banking locations.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. General working knowledge of physical security systems such as access control, surveillance cameras, alarms, etc.
