Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the warehouse clerk help in the assembly of Water, Gas, Fire, Copper and ABS pipe and fittings.
A
ssemble complex fittings from detailed drawings, ensuring quality work.

Position Requirements
Responsibilities include:Read and fully comprehend drawings to interpret the correct assembly of each job;Work with a pipe threading machine, saw, and additional machines to complete the assemblies (training provided);Use a tape measure to measure out the correct length and cuts;Report any material shortages to the department Lead;Communicate any issues or problems to the department Lead;Maintain a clean, organized work area;Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Required:Ability to identify all material used in assembling fittings;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as assigned;Ability to adapt to an ever-changing production environment and manage changing workloads and schedules;Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work basic math equations.,
Physical Requirements:Must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lb. objects upstairs and be able to crawl under tables and climb ladders
