Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience including financial reporting, lease accounting, and property accounting.
• Excel guru with recent experience preparing financial statements within Excel.
• Extensive ASC 842 experience.
• CPA preferred, but not required.

What you'll do:

• Manage the financial reporting process including preparing 5 sets of financials each month.
• Lead all lease accounting and property accounting including PP&E and fixed assets.
• Debt reporting and ad-hoc reporting for various stakeholders.
• System administrator for Sage Intacct.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is 120-130K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
