REGISTERED NURSE:

This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seeking Nurses in all specialties. (ER, Med/surg, LTC, Home health, leadership)
• Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients during scheduled shifts or visits ensure that
• Coordinated Care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• (RN) Completes patient admission process, initial assessment at the start of care, and every 3 months/ 12 weeks scheduled, and if there is any change of condition requiring an in-person visit.
• Establishes and maintains the plan of care and reviews progress to goals.
• Fosters a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Current Washington state RN license in good standing
• Current BLS
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• One (1) year of nursing experience preferred

SCHEDULE:

• Hourly as scheduled, variable.
