Fusion HCR is hiring! Direct Hire - AV System Engineering Manager. This is a fulltime position, on-site in Las Vegas NV.

Our client is a leading provider of audiovisual (AV) solutions for entertainment venues, sportsbooks, and concert spaces in Las Vegas and across the United States.

Fusion HCR is seeking a talented and experienced AV System Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team of engineers in Las Vegas. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of AV systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across our diverse portfolio of venues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Crestron NVX, Crestron Control, Dante, QSys, BrightSign, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a responsive team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AV system engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure project success and employee development.
• Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including Crestron NVX, Crestron Control, Dante audio networking, QSys audio processing, and BrightSign digital signage solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, designers, and technicians, to deliver high-quality AV solutions that meet client requirements and exceed industry standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the AV engineering team, including resource allocation, project scheduling, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex AV integration projects, system upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in AV system design and engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to ensure access to the latest products, technologies, and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AV system design, engineering, and implementation, with a focus on structural AV, concert venues, and sportsbooks.
• Proficiency with Crestron NVX, Crestron Control, Dante audio networking, QSys audio processing, and BrightSign digital signage solutions.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of engineers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AV projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications such as Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), Dante Certification, or QSys Level 2 Certification are highly desirable.
