Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales

• Consistent lead generation and follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out client needs and wants in a home, then able to develop a solution to meet those needs
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes, market trends, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Nurture relationships that connect with the client to generate more sales
• Detail-oriented with written offer purchase and listing agreements

Qualifications:

• Organized and manages time effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Technology driven
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• High motivation and drive
• Self-confident and able to persist despite obstacles
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Easily builds relationships with clients and service-oriented
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• A successful and proven sales history
• 4 year College degree or more is preferred
