RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to obtain relevant Insurance licenses. (Property, Casualty, Life and Health).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Salary plus commission
