ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Sandi Bausman, State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive candidate who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Office Representative you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license preferred and required to obtain within 30 days of hire
