The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all facets of high-end commercial interiors projects from start to completion. Projects will range from $500k - $25M .

Description

  • Plan, develop, and manage all facets of high-end commercial interiors projects. Project values will range from $500k - $25M on average
  • Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project management team, provide support to project manager for plan approvals, building permit issuance, processing plan revisions, and walk through
  • Ensure project reporting requirements are in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Work in collaboration with estimators/preconstruction
  • Assess the progress of the project(s) and recommend any changes needed to achieve overall goal
  • Work in collaboration with Superintendent and trade contractors to prepare detailed project schedule
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project team, internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Manage change order process
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • /- 8-15 years industry of experience
  • Demonstrated history of overseeing high-end corporate interiors projects from start to close-out
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Project values can range from $500k - $20M
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and other project management software
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
