The TeamClient enables business partners to win in their respective marketplaces by crafting, building and maintaining the technology platforms and products of Fidelity Institutional, Personal Investing and Workplace Investing.
The RoleThis role is part of one our Data Squads. The person will be working across FI and in some cases across other Business Units as well. The team consists of the Product Owner and other developers and this person will be responsible for working with our business users and identifying and detailing the requirements
The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- 8 years of experience on business critical, enterprise-wide applications
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent soft skills that allow you to gather the requirements from the business partners for database / data projects
- Able to document the requirements in a clear fashion
- Working with the squad lead (product owner), developers and with other squads and participate in design discussions
- Ability to convey the technical needs to non-technical members
- Strong data analysis skills that allow you to research and document the existing and future systems
- Excellent SQL skills are required.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
- Proven passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas
- Exploring new technology products and using them to help our business needs
- Working on teams to improve efficiency
- Delivering system analysis by working with business partners and customers to understand and deliver accurate requirement information to team members.
