Our client is a full service General Contractor that specializes in commercial and residential multifamily builds. Work will be in the Milwaukee-Madison, WI area. Annual salary $70-90k.
Job duties:
• Know the scheduled delivery dates for all critical path material and equipment.
• Know submittal schedule.
• Budget and cost management
• Quality control.
• Have good working knowledge of carpentry
• Implement safety program. Conduct regular safety inspections to assure all working conditions and work habits follow company, standards.
• Assist in resolution of conflicts.
• Participate in the project management functions.
• Assure punch list is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
-5 years as a leader within the construction industry, either as a Foreman and/or Superintendent.
-OSHA-10 certified, OSHA-30 preferred.
-Demonstrated experience successfully leading residential and commercial construction projects to completion.
-Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
-Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately and successfully perform construction take-offs.
-Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
-Commitment to ensuring workplace safety and thorough knowledge of safety regulations.
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
