Location : Field-based (door-to-door sales)
Pay Range: Base salary uncapped commission. Targeted earnings from $60,000-$100k per year or more!

Join our team, the frontline of our customer interactions. As a Direct Sales Representative, you'll engage with customers daily, educating them on our products and services directly at their doorstep. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial, outside sales environment, value flexibility in your schedule, and seek the trust of your leadership team, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales, focusing on Internet, TV, and phone services.
- Manage your own 40-hour workweek between 9 am - 9 pm Monday-Saturday.
- Reach out to both cold and warm prospects through in-person cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Make sales calls, assess customer needs, and sell TDS services to meet sales quotas.
- Document sales orders and agreements, ensuring timely submission to supervisors.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Set up and attend community events to generate sales opportunities.
Required:
- 6 months of sales/customer service experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials/licenses for sales.
- Reliable transportation.
