Job Details
Minimum Requirements:

• 7 years in product management, including exposure to agile scrum disciplines and a track record in developing and strengthening product teams
• 3 years experience in practice management and team management
• A commercial mindset that is able to translate industry and customer pain points into opportunities
• Strong track record in developing and maintaining a highly collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders and able to employ a very consultative approach to gaining alignment across the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in revenue cycle management and medical practice administration, with exposure to industry key opinion leaders and insights into the RCM industry, including its inner workings and trends
• Past exposure to Practice Management systems either as a user or in managing, implementing, developing or consulting function is essential
• Demonstrable ability to work with engineering teams, including being able to translate engineering issues and opportunities into business terms
